About

Birdie Advisors is a consulting firm helping cities launch smart, sustainable parking programs—and prepare for what’s next.

We specialize in guiding communities through the transition from free to paid parking, then helping them future-proof those systems for autonomous vehicles, eVTOL, and other emerging technologies. From curb management to compliance strategy, we turn complex problems into practical roadmaps—backed by real-world experience in both the public and private sectors.

We’re not here to sell buzzwords. We’re here to help cities get real about parking—and smart about mobility.

What We Do:

  • Design paid parking programs from the ground up
  • Help cities optimize operations and revenue post-launch
  • Future-cast curb use and AV readiness for municipalities
  • Advise tech vendors and startups on how to partner with government
  • Lead speaking engagements and strategy sessions across the country

Who We Work With:

  • Cities and counties launching paid parking for the first time
  • Agencies modernizing curb and parking policies
  • Tech companies in mobility, AV, LPR, and urban innovation
  • Public-sector leaders who need help building internal buy-in

Why “Birdie”?

Because we see what’s coming before it lands.
Because we help cities take flight.
And because sometimes, the smartest voice in the room isn’t the loudest—it’s the one who sees the whole system clearly.
